Matt completed the Spear Programme in Hammersmith in February 2015 and has since worked in a variety of roles within Manpower Group, currently serving as a Technology Coordinator for Rethink Group where he supports the business with their technological and analytical needs.

He says, “My goal as a Youth Ambassador is to raise awareness of the important work Resurgo’s Spear programme is doing to get young people struggling with personal barriers into or back into the working world but also to highlight the positive impact this can have not only on the individuals but our society as a whole.”
